The variable inclusion angle planar variable line spacing grating monochromator (VLS-PGM) is composed of a plane mirror (PM) and a planar variable line spacing grating (VLSG). The system selects wavelengths by changing the inclusion angle of the grating by rotating the plane mirror off-axis, and has ultra-high precision, repeatability and stability. At the same time, safe and reliable operation can be achieved through a dedicated motion control system. It has been widely used in the optical line of synchrotron radiation sources.
