Product Introduction
The oblique-incidence grating monochromator adopts an oblique-incidence structure and uses a planar grating for light splitting. It has high transmission efficiency and small broadening of the spectral pulse width, and can achieve point-to-point monochromatic light imaging. Mainly used for spectral measurements and spectroscopic experiments in the extreme ultraviolet band.
