The UV spectrophotometer mainly uses a deuterium lamp as the light source. The emitted light is focused to the monochromator through the light collection system under vacuum. The monochromator spectroscopically scans to select the required single-color light, and then focuses it on the sample. The system uses dual PMT detectors to collect signals, and then uses professional analysis software to compare and analyze the collected spectral signals to measure the absorption spectrum of the sample to characterize the sample characteristics.
