Variable inclusion angle planar variable line spacing grating monochromator (VLS-PGM)
The variable inclusion angle planar variable line spacing grating monochromator (VLS-PGM) is composed of a plane mirror (PM) and a planar variable line spacing grating (VLSG). The system selects wavelengths by changing the inclusion angle of the grating by rotating the plane mirror off-axis, and has ultra-high precision, repeatability and stability. At the same time, safe and reliable operation can be achieved through a dedicated motion control system. It has been widely used in the optical line of synchrotron radiation sources.
Planar equally spaced grating monochromator (PGM)
Planar equally spaced grating monochromator (PGM) adopts an optical system based on C-T arrangement. Through the switching of two gratings and ultra-high-precision grating scanning function, it can distinguish different wavelength beams. The system has ultra-high precision and repeatability. and stability, and has been widely used in beam lines of synchrotron radiation sources.
Crystal monochromator
The crystal monochromator is an important device in the synchrotron radiation beam line. It uses the Bragg diffraction principle of the crystal to monochromatize the continuous spectrum of synchrotron radiation. The twin-crystal monochromator is one of the important ones, and it consists of two crystals placed in parallel. Among them, the front-end crystal uses a liquid nitrogen cooling device to resist high heat load; the back-end crystal uses a high-precision and high-resolution adjustment mechanism to ensure that the exit beam direction of the dual-crystal monochromator remains unchanged.
